The room at the Citadine was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking light meals. The hotel's location was convenient, with a supermarket next door and various leisure points and shopping within walking distance. The sun terrace was a lovely addition, and the availability of free coffee and tea throughout the day was a great perk. it was a good experience for people who like a comfortable and convenient stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and tidy bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of information available to assist with your visit. Plus, the value for money is excellent, making it a fantastic choice for a couple's retreat or a short stay in the city.
The house cleaning service is not done daily and requires payment if requested earlier than six days.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, with everything I wanted to see within easy walking distance. The hotel is situated on a busy street, right in the main square, and is conveniently located by the connecting metro stop between the two lines. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel facilities were great, with a kitchenette in the room that allowed me to have a quiet cup of tea in the morning or apéro in the evening before heading out to explore.

This hotel is incredibly well located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Toulouse's attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city center. The rooms are more like apartments, with a small kitchen area containing domestic appliances such as a fridge and microwave, which is a great convenience for guests. The affordable prices and value for money make this hotel an excellent choice for budget travelers.
The walls of the rooms are quite thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard. However, this does not detract from the overall positive experience at this hotel.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to the Central Market and restaurants. Lovely garden area to relax in. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Some street noise in the apartment, which may bother light sleepers. The room allocated was not on a single level and had a narrow staircase, which may be an issue with mobility issues.
